How we roast
- Small batches. A 5 kg roaster: we run every batch by hand and log the profile so the next one tastes the same.
- Roast date on the bag. We ship 1–3 days after roasting. Beans need a week to rest — just in time for your first cup.
- Honest descriptions. We describe taste in plain words — “blackcurrant”, “chocolate”, “low acidity” — and search works on the same words.
- Next-day delivery. City courier the next day, free over 900 ₴. The bag has a valve; move the beans to a jar after a month.
